But sometimes you notice that your skin is itchy and oily. I want to know why this happens in every monsoon. So I met him, in this case, he answered all questions and clear all doubt regarding skin in monsoon and also give tips for healthy skin in Monsoon.

Healthy skin in Monsoon

  According to him in the monsoon due to change in the environment, the humidity is increased. And in case of skin in monsoon season, the skin is fluctuating sometimes only and some times dry and the reason behind this change is because of the change in the humidity level significantly. So when humidity is low your skin becomes dry and when humidity is increased your skin is oily and full of sweat. Your pores are filled up by oil and this oil attract dirt, dust and bacteria. And because of these dirt infections, pimples, whitehead and blackheads are an outbreak. 

 Now the humidity in the air is also decreased due to which our skin becomes dry and itchy sometimes. And when we are getting wet in the rain and wearing those wet clothes or shoes for long time itching starts on our skin and this is because of the bacteria and fungi of the monsoon are grown on our skin and itching started. So below some tips to keep your skin healthy in Monsoon. 

10 Tips to Keep Your Skin Healthy in Monsoon. 

Healthy skin means that your skin is not affected by monsoon and as normal as in another season. 

  1. Keep your body hydrated so that excessive sweating because of the humidity will not affect you so drink water as much as you can. Normally men need 3.7 liters of fluid in the body and women need to drink 2.7 liters of fluid in a day. But if you sweat more than you must have to drink water as much as your body needs. 
  2. Wash your face 2 3 times in a day or cleanse it properly so that dirt not filled your pore and you are safe from bacteria and fungi. 
  3. Please do not wear wet clothes and shoes for longtime and change your cloth after taking bath so that the fungi and bacteria grow on the skin are washed off and it will not harm your skin and you get healthy skin in Monsoon.
  4. Cloud unable to stop Harmful UV rays of the sun and UV rays still come on the earth and it will damage your skin so try to use sunscreen of good SPF and use SPF more than 30. Sunscreen will save you from the harmful UV rays. 
  5. Humidity because of the rain will also reason for the Dry skin so use moisturizers on the skin to keep your skin moisturized.
  6. Keep your pores open for healthy skin and do not wear makeup because makeup in monsoon can clog your pores and this is harmful and causes Breakout
  7. Exfoliating your skin too remove dead skin cells and open your skin pores
  8. Clean your skin properly at parlor treatment by a waxing, manicure and Pedicure.
  9. Don’t go for facials and bleach because in the monsoon facial and bleach will damage your healthy skin in monsoon.
  10. Use the anti-fungal powder in monsoon so that it prevents you from infections and keep your skin healthy
